Salinas Escursioni: A Supramonte to discover

On the Supramonte, generations of goat herds have followed each other and have managed to protect nature so as to leave it untouched.
Nowadays few of them are left, but they are the real experts of Supramonte; their daily acts and gestures keep the memory of an experience which is several centuries old.
Some of these old sheep-folds are still active and their owners will enable you to enjoy the flavors and scents of a simple natural cooking where no preservatives are used.

Salvatore & Paolo, who were born in Supramonte, have inherited their ancestors' memory and know the smallest corners very well. They will offer you a unique guiding service. They will lead you along the classical well known paths, they will also lead you to the heart of Baunei Supramonte across the "Codule" (river beds) and the wild "Bacu" (the gorges) and up the Margine crests down to the Orosei gulf beaches.
